Resize Comment Images

Are you tired of people leaving you outrageously large images on your comments? Do you sit there deleting them one by one? Do your friends hate you for being such an obsessive compulsive nerd, you organizational freak? Just joshin' ya... Anywho, here's a code that will solve all of your problems. This will make it so that any image that is left will never get above a certain size. Clever huh? Click Here to see an example.
